To make them you can prepare any cocoa cream and nuts: nutella, nocilla or as in our case a cream of almonds and cocoa without sugar. Put a thin layer, don't overdo it! Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • Chocolate and dried fruit cream
  • 1 egg

Step by step

  1. Place a thin layer of chocolate cream on the puff pastry sheet.
  2. Then fold the sheet in half lengthwise and take to the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.

  1. After time, take out and cut into 12 strips.
  2. Screw each of them lightly to create loops and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  1. Paint the bows with beaten egg and then take them to the oven.
  2. Bake at 200ºC heat up and down 15 minutes or until bows are golden brown.
