  • 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
  • 500 ml. milk.
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg.
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper.
  • Salt to taste.

To batter:

  • Bread crumbs.
  • 1 egg.
  • Plentiful oil for frying.

Preparation of the spinach croquettes:

We can use so much fresh spinach as well as frozen. If we use them fresh, we wash them well and cook them in boiling water for 5 minutes. If they are frozen, just put them in the microwave a little to defrost them. Later we will drain them and cut them with a knife.
