Eva Cornejo
I was born in Malaga, a beautiful and lively city on the southern coast of Spain. I spent my childhood and youth there, surrounded by my family and friends. I always liked art and design, so I decided to study Graphic Design at the University of Malaga. My life changed when I realized that my diet was not the most appropriate. During my adolescence, I used to eat fast food, industrial pastries and sugary soft drinks, which caused me health and self-esteem problems. One day, I decided to turn my life around and start taking better care of myself. I became interested in nutrition and healthy cooking, and discovered a new world of flavors, colors and textures. I realized that eating well was not boring or difficult, but quite the opposite: it was fun, creative and delicious. This is how my passion for easy and healthy cooking was born, which led me to create my own blog: “El Monstruo de las Recetas”. In it, I share my favorite recipes, tricks, tips and culinary experiences. Currently, I live in Valencia, a city that I love for its climate, its culture and its gastronomy. I still work as a graphic designer, but I also dedicate part of my time to my blog and my passion for cooking.
