This week we prepare a very simple dessert: yogurt cups, compote apple and cookies. You already know what we like in Bezzia individual desserts; We have prepared several recently: Oreo and chocolate cream, strawberries and cream with sherry vinegar, banana and vanilla cream...
But let's go back to the one we are dealing with today, consisting of two layers: the first of yogurt and lemon zest and the second of compote. In this case an apple compote with some pieces of pear and plum claudia. A compote that you can make following the step by step recipe that we suggested two years ago.

Ingredients
For the compote:
- 1 kilo of apples
- 2 pears
- 3 claudian plums
- 150 g. of sugar
- 155 ml of water
- A branch of cinnamon
- The skin of half a lemon
For the cups:
- 12 tablespoons compote
- 2 creamy natural yogurts
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 Cookies or biscuits crumbled
Step by step
- Wash, peel and cut the fruit into pieces. Mix it in a saucepan with the water, sugar, cinnamon and lemon peel, as we indicated in the step-by-step of the recipe «applesauce«. Once done, let it cool down to room temperature. You will get approximately 4-5 servings.
- With the compote already prepared, it is time to assemble the glasses. Place some tablespoons of fruit in each glass, so that it covers the bottom of it.
- Then lightly beat the yogurt with the sugar and lemon zest. Spread the mixture into the three cups, creating a new layer.
- Finish the assembly by placing an extra tablespoon of compote on the yogurt and decorating it with some crushed cookies.
- Serve cold. You can make it beforehand and keep it in the fridge for up to 15 minutes before serving.
