We finish the week in Bezzia with a sweet dessert, very sweet! The protagonists are the Oreo cookies, present both in the cream cheese and in the base of chocolate syrup. Do you need more information to encourage you to prepare these Oreo and chocolate cream cups?
Probably the simplicity of its preparation is another of the key factors for this dessert to be a success. It does not take more than half an hour to prepare it and it can be reserved in the refrigerator until it is time to serve it. Ideally, present it in individual servings, but you can also do it in a big way.

Ingredients
For the cream:
- 125 g. cold cream cheese
- 55 g. white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 130 ml. cream (35% mg) cold
- 7 Oreo cookies
For the chocolate syrup base:
- 6 Oreo cookies
- 25 g. cocoa powder
- 80 g. of sugar
- 100 g. of water
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
To decorate:
- Mini Oreo cookies
- Crushed Oreo Cookies
Step by step
- Prepare the syrup of chocolate. To do this, place the cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Then add the water little by little while you beat with some hand rods.
Take the saucepan to the fire, at medium-high temperature, and without stopping stirring, let the sugar dissolve. - When it comes to a boil, immediately reduce the heat and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the syrup has the desired density. Then, remove it from the heat, add the vanilla essence, mix and cool.
- Prepare the cream. Take the cream cheese out of the fridge and beat it until just soft. While beating, add the sugar in the form of rain and the vanilla essence. Now add the cold cream and beat until you get a creamy and airy mixture. Finally, add the cookies, slightly crushed in a mortar, with enveloping movements.
- Assemble the glasses placing in the bottom of each one, a crushed biscuit base and chocolate syrup. Next, add a good amount of oreo cream and repeat both steps.
- Decorate the cups with crushed Oreo cookies and mini Oreos.
