Most of us suffer from what is known as hyperpigmentation, which can affect various areas of the body. This time we are going to deal with the one that occurs in the inner part of the thighs and that is usually quite unsightly, especially now that we are in summer.
As this occurs mainly, by the rubbing of the thighs with the clothes or with themselves, the first advice that we can give you, is that we do not wear tight pants, as this favors friction and considerably increases the problem.
Ideally, we exfoliate the skin, to eliminate dead cells and a good cream for this, must contain alpha hydroxy acids. These are of great help in the exfoliation process and make the dark area less noticeable as the days go by.
Another good option is to use a clarifying cream that contains kojic acid, which being natural, ensures that our skin will not be irritated. And although the process is somewhat slower, the results are quite satisfactory.
