Pea and Prawn Frittata

Ingredients

For the prawns

  • 240g frozen peeled shrimp (thawed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the frittata

  • 6 eggs L
  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • a pinch of oregano
  • A few flakes of cheese (optional)

Step by step

  1. season the prawns with the spices that we suggest or others and sauté them with a splash of olive oil in a pan until they take on colour. Booking.

  1. Turn the oven to 190ºC.
