Ingredients
For the prawns
- 240g frozen peeled shrimp (thawed)
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the frittata
- 6 eggs L
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- a pinch of oregano
- A few flakes of cheese (optional)
Step by step
- season the prawns with the spices that we suggest or others and sauté them with a splash of olive oil in a pan until they take on colour. Booking.
- Turn the oven to 190ºC.
- Then Beat the eggs and season with salt.
- add the yogurt and mix again with a few rods.
- Then add the peas, a pinch of salt, pepper and oregano and mix.
- Grease a bowl ovenproof dish and pour the mixture into it. Then add the prawns, spreading them all over the frittata.
- spread some cheese flakes on top and take to the oven.
- Bake at 190ºC heat up and down for 25 minutes or until mixture is set.
