Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large potato
  • 1/2 medium zucchini
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1 tomato large
  • 1 glass of white wine

  • 1 sprig of rosemary

To dress the sea bass

  • A bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • A splash of lemon juice

Step by step

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 ° C.
  2. Peel the potato and cut it into slices no more than 5mm thick.
  3. Also cut into slices courgette, tomato and white onion.
  4. Once you have all the vegetables cut, grease a baking dish and arrange them as in the image, interspersed and slightly mounted one on top of the other. Then add a few rosemary leaves.

Prepare the bed of vegetables
