This salad is a great tool for introducing a blue Fish like salmon in the diet of the little ones. In addition to salmon, we can find among its ingredients green shoots, apple, pine nuts and raisins. Do you dare to prepare it?
Ingredients
- 3 handfuls of mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 slice of fresh salmon
- 1/4 onion or spring onion
- 1 medium apple
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 10 raisins
- Sal Island
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of heather honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by step
- Cook the salmon; You can do it in water or grilled, as you prefer, with a pinch of salt. Then let it temper and crumble, removing all the thorns.
- Wash the lettuce and place it in a bowl or platter.
- Then add the flaked salmon, the onion in julienne, the pine nuts and the raisins.
- Also add the apple, diced.
- Prepare the dressing, mixing all the ingredients: oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Taste and correct the taste.
- Water the salad with the dressing and mix.
