Salads allow us to combine different green leaves, fruits and vegetables on the same plate. Playing with different ingredients can be a lot of fun and if the result is good, very satisfying too. This salad, specifically, combines lamb's lettuce, arugula, smoked salmon, blueberries and zucchini.
The combination allows us to combine very different flavors and textures in the same dish. And the grilled zucchini It gives a warm touch to this starter that can also become a great light dinner. 15 minutes will be all the time it will "steal" you to present it on the table.
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of lamb's lettuce
- 1 handful of arugula
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- A handful of blueberries
- 20 thin zucchini slices
- Virgin olive oil eztra
- Black pepper
Step by step
- Place the canons and the arugula in a salad bowl or platter and season with a little olive oil. Mix so that the green leaves are equally soaked.
- Stir in the salmon chopped and blueberries.
- Cook the zucchini grilled. To do this, brush the iron with a few drops of oil and place the zucchini slices on it. Sprinkle some black pepper and cook until lightly browned. Then flip them over and cook on the other side.
