Salads become a great ally when it comes to completing our menu during the summer months. They accept numerous ingredients, the combinations being endless. Today we prepare in Bezzia a very complete salad chicken, rice and soy sauce.
In addition to the main ingredients, we have incorporated onion, pepper, peas and nuts into the salad. Can be served cold or warm as lunch or dinner. In Bezzia We liked the exotic touch that soy sauce gives it, but you can always replace it with a good virgin olive oil.

Ingredients
- 150 g. of rice
- 400 g. chicken breast
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 140 g. peas
- 1 cebolla
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 g. mayonnaise
- 12 hazelnuts
- curry powder
Step by step
- Cook the rice following the manufacturer's instructions and reserve.
- Cut the breast diced chicken
- Cut the julienned chives and the diced bell pepper.
- Mix the soy sauce and the crushed garlic clove. Add the sugar and pepper to taste. Reservation.
- In another bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of the soy sauce with the chicken breast. Then fry it in hot oil and reserve.
- Cook the peas in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and drain.
- Incorpora mayonnaise to the soy sauce and stir until it is integrated.
- Place all the ingredients on a platter: rice, chicken, peas, chives, peppers, almonds and soy sauce
- Sprinkle curry above and serve.
