Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 generous teaspoon of paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Step by step
- Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC and line the oven tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix the foils cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on the baking tray ensuring that the florets do not mount.
- Bake 15 minutes cauliflower.
- After 15 minutes turn the foils and sprinkle the cheese Parmesan. Return the tray to the oven and bake 15 more minutes.
