Choose the second. So you can have family time, dinners together, and weekends to have family plans. If your son has to be good at basketball, he will be equally good, and if not ... at least you will have had family time, that time is not paid for with money.

Exams are just a number

Your child is not worth more or less for passing or failing an exam. The exams are only a number but what really matters is the effort you make day after day. Don't force your child to spend whole afternoons and evenings locked up studying so that he can get better grades. This will only cause anxiety and stress. Teach him to study so that he is able to do well and has time to be a child. Longer does not mean doing better. If necessary, contact a psychopedagogue to give you the necessary guidelines.
