Petal rain for your wedding

rain-petals-wedding

Do you remember when we talked about bubbles in the wedding? Well, today I propose another idea that you can use, very romantic but more trite, which are the flower petals. Both options are valid to replace the well-known rain of rice on the bride and groom.

Taking into account that rice is food and that at this time it can generate some guilt if we use rice to throw the petals or, in another case, the bubbles, it has exactly the same meaning and they are more original and colorful .

If you want all the guests to throw flower petals at your wedding instead of rice, that is where the role of the Wedding Planner or someone who is in charge of your wedding comes in (it could be your mother, sister or friend).

The simplest way for all the guests to have flower petals is by placing them in small bags or cones and having someone (Wedding Planner, family member or a procession of children) deliver to the guests. There are also cannons or petal launchers that, by means of compressed air, launch a shower of petals at a great height.

They can be petals of any flower, although the most used are those of roses, either natural or artificial. I personally recommend the use of natural flowers, since in addition to being better presented, they are ecological. As for the colors, you can make a potpourri of various colors that have to do with the decoration of the room, use a single color or, my favorite, white or tea.

To get an idea of how many petals are needed, you have to calculate approximately one kilo of petals for 8-10 people.

We leave you some ideas to place the flower petals.

Did you use flower petals at your party? How did you deliver them?
