- 170 g. softened butter
- 170 g. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 spoon of vanilla
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 100 g. Of flour
- 100 g. strength flour
- 5 g. bicarbonate
- 150 g. chopped hazelnuts
- 150 g. chocolate chips
Step by step
- Beat the butter into ointment with the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt until a creamy mixture is achieved.
- Then, add the egg and beat until integrated.
- Once the egg is integrated, incorporate the flours and sifted bicarbonate and mix with a spatula.
- Now, add the hazelnuts chopped and the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 180ºC
- Then make little balls with the dough of about 8o grams and place them spaced on the baking tray lined with baking paper and then flatten them slightly.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Then take the tray out of the oven and a round cutter (the size of the cookies) shape them to make them more beautiful.
- Then bring the oven tray 5 more minutes.
- Once done, take them out of the oven and let them temper before handling them so as not to break them.
