Fashions come and go, my mother used to say. I remember a time when wearing some white shoes or ankle boots by popular pressure it was unthinkable if you were influenced. Today, however, white shoes are a trend. And we don't say it; it is the catwalks and street style pages that have spoken.
This winter many fashion bloggers have dared with white shoes. And it doesn't matter if we like this trend or not; it has come to stay at least until spring. Boots and white shoes will be for the next few months protagonists of numerous styles.
During winter white shoes attract a lot of attention. Why? Because normally we combine them with garments in dark tones, typical of this season, being the much higher contrast. Therefore, they often become the protagonists of our look.
In order to keep your feet warm, while the winter lasts, white ankle boots will become the most popular alternative to show off this trend. Complete with this shoe a look in which you combine some jeans and a plaid coat and you will be right. Or dare with more risky proposals like the ones you see in the image above; remember that wearing a dress over pants is not crazy this season.
Good socks allow us to also wear lounge style shoes in winter. Both these and the mules (open-back shoes), which will be worn so much next spring, seem to adopt very feminine designs incorporating ties of the same tone or contrast.
A Pair of black pants and a blouse Floaty white can become a great tandem to achieve an office look with this type of footwear. We can also combine them with classic-inspired striped jeans and shirts or sweaters in soft tones, already thinking about spring.
