Remember to alternate with the other leg.

Since we have the step where we have done the 'step-ups', we can use it for a new exercise. It's about the jumps, which also they will exercise our legs but they also work the core. One of the areas that we always need strong and that we are going to achieve it in this way. So now we need to jump up and get both feet on the step. Once up, we must stretch to go back down and repeat.

Of course, you should always remember to keep your back straight, avoiding arching it. To make them easy to perform, you can lean on a slightly higher area. Of course, if you want the intensity to increase slightly, then the best thing is that the area to lean on is lower.
