We have been winter for two months and we began to be stagnant when it came to create new outfits every morning. Hence, we have thought of a new alternative to create new outfits. What if we create monochrome looks? Or put another way, what if we combine garments with the same hue or tone?
We are used to carrying monochrome looks with black and white as protagonists, but rarely do we dare with more fun alternatives that include textures and bright colors. Start by trying a cream or beige palette and move towards more daring proposals.
When creating a monochrome look we can use a two-piece set in black, but there is no need to always use the same color, don't you think? We can have fun trying other possibilities, refreshing our style with bright whites, warm tones or electric blues.
Bright white is a very popular proposal in summer but not so popular in winter. Don't you dare to go bright white in winter? Then you can try other shades neutrals like cream or beige. Finding winter clothes in these tones does not imply any difficulty and you can always break the hegemony of your look with contrasting accessories if you have not just seen yourself.
Another way to make monochrome looks more fun is combining different textures. Take a look at the sequin skirt and turtleneck sweater in shades of green; a fantastic example of how to play with them. Green is a great alternative in winter, as is burgundy.
Mix various shades of the same color in the same look can also make a monochromatic style more interesting. It requires that if a greater knowledge about color; not all combinations are successful despite having all the garments the same base.
