The history of Composibili
The iconic Componibili modular storage system was created in 1967. Its creator was the Italian designer and architect Anna Castelli Ferrieri, founder in 1949 of the furniture firm Kartell together with her husband Giulio Castelli.
Manufactured in ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), the main characteristic of these modules is that can be stacked vertically In a simple way. The 32 centimeter diameter pieces fit together, thus creating a practical storage unit.
