The use of moisturizing creams for our face throughout the year is essential if we do not want the skin to look increasingly dull, with more wrinkles and less smooth, but in this autumn-winter season in which we are, it is even more necessary. Why? Because the cold damages our skin a lot, it makes it tighter, drier and its regenerative power diminishes over the years. So that this does not happen to us, we are going to give you the step by step of an ideal facial routine for fall. It is intended for a normal-combination skin. Is this your case?

Daily routine for normal-combination skin

  1. In every daily facial routine, the first step that we must carry out, whatever our skin type, is a good face cleaning. For mixed skin those are great sparkling and gel-like products They produce some soap on contact with water. You can also opt for this type of product such as cleansing milk, whichever is more comfortable for you. If you finally decide to use gels or foaming soaps, the use is easy: wet your face with plenty of water and then apply the product all over the skin, massaging in a circular motion with your fingers. You can also use a soft sponge or makeup remover pad. We will insist above all on the T zone of the face. At the end of our cleaning we must note that the skin is completely clean and without impurities.
  2. For the second step we will choose hydrate and balance our skin. For this reason not just any moisturizer will do. We have to make sure when buying the product, that it is a balancing or regulating moisturizer. Why? Because having combination skin, our face has both dry and oily areas, therefore, we must use a cream that regulates both one area and the other. Creams for this type of skin are usually quite cool and comfortable to use. We recommend using one that does not contain any oils.
  3. In the intermediate step between cleaning and hydration it is recommended to use some toner or oatmeal water. This product is not essential, that is why we do not put it as a second step, but it is recommended above all for those women who, once they clean their face, notice it as red and more sensitive than normal. If you finally decide to use toner, we recommend those that do not contain any alcohol, since this component is usually quite aggressive with the epidermis, especially for sensitive or allergic skin. Get some rose water, or those of the Avéne brand that protect our skin a lot.
  4. As a last step we will apply a eye contour (for people over 23-25 ​​years old approximately). The eye contour will help us both to avoid the appearance of tiny wrinkles in the area around the eyes and to control bags and dark circles. A trick if you want it to have a greater effect, especially decongestant, is to put it in the refrigerator to use it very cold. This temperature helps reduce puffy eyes better. We will apply this routine every day, both in the morning and at night. If at night we go makeup, for a better cleaning, before our product to clean the face we will use a micellar water to remove make-up first. Then we will clean as normal.

As well weeklye, we will use some products such as a scrub and a mask. With the scrub (which we will apply once a week) what we will do is cleanse more deeply.
