For those who have brown hair or darker tones, it is quite common to see that their hair becomes undesirable golden hues after applying the hair dye.

How to choose a tint
A toner can be used at home or can be used professionally at a specialized center. Shaders are used to neutralize unwanted reflections and that they dip after having applied the use of dye in the form of highlights on the hair. Shading guarantees neutrality, but for this it must be used using the laws of colorimetry.
Within the chromatic circle we find the primary colors: yellow, red and blue; and the secondary colors: purple, green and orange. Primary and secondary colors are opposite to each other and have the ability to neutralize, on the contrary. So, let's get to know how it works:
- Tint orange colors. These types of reflections are very common, especially in blonde or highlighted hair. In order to correct them and correct the orange effect, you must use a shade with ash or iridescent pigments.

- In reddish tones. If you want to remove the red tones from the dye, the color that can best neutralize it is green.
How to neutralize a golden hue in colored hair
There are several ways to deal with golden undertones in colored hair, take note:
- Wash hair with a shampoo and conditioner. blue or purple tint, since these tones help to lower the browning and over time completely neutralize it.

How to tint hair with dye

The use of dyes and toning shampoos are a very necessary option so that the colors do not turn to unwanted colors.
