Children are more likely to eat your food if it is attractive to them. So, involve your child; Give him a list of the foods currently in the fridge and pantry, and let him mix and match his own items! It should have protein, fruit, starch, and plenty of water. In addition, you must pay attention to the portions so that they are appropriate for their age.

That there is no lack of movement

Exercise is important. And, that's the way it is in fresh air and sunshine ... better! If your children do not move, do not miss these ideas so that they do:
