You can make these snacks with a great variety of fish, whether these are fresh or frozen. You can also add other spices to the puree such as nutmeg. It is a recipe that you can have your personality in different ways and that goes very well with a well-seasoned green salad.

Ingredients
- 300 g. of patatos
- 150 g. hake
- 1 knob of butter
- Chopped parsley
- Salt pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 egg
- Flour (XNUMXg)
- Breadcrumbs (2 slices of bread)
Step by step
- Wash the potatoes and put them in a saucepan. Cover them with water and leave them cook over medium heat until tender, 30 to 50 minutes.
