Ingredients
- 134 g flour
- 134 g of sugar
- 134 g butter at room temperature
- 134 g. egg (2 XL eggs)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. chemical yeast
- 1 large pippin apple
- 1 tbsp. generous of brown sugar
Step by step
- Line the base of a 15 cm mold. with greaseproof paper and grease the walls.
- Peel and cut the apple into thin segments and caramelize them in a pan with the sugar. Once done, place them on the foldo of the mold so that they rise completely.
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Sift the flour together with the chemical impeller and reserve.
- In a bowl beat the butter and sugar until a smooth cream is obtained.
- Then, add the eggs, lightly beaten, and beat again until fully integrated.
- Incorporate the flour with the chemical yeast in the form of rain and mix with enveloping movements.
- Put the mixture on the apples and take to the oven. Bake 45 minutes approximately or until the center of the cake with a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then unmold and let cool on a rack.
