During the next two months we will be able to enjoy on Netflix a handful of premieres of Spanish series and movies. Some, like Welcome to Eden, are given a lot to talk about; others have gone more unnoticed. Most already have a confirmed date and we can see some of them and even the trailer. Once upon a time... but not anymore
March 11 is the scheduled date for the series directed by Manolo Caro starring Sebastián Yatra, Mónica Maranillo, Nía Correia, Rossy de Palma, Asier Etxeandia and Mariola Fuentes, among others. a musical comedy that reinvents classic fairy tales and reviews some of the classic themes of Spanish and Latin American pop.
It tells the story of two lovers that they were tragically separated and that they must meet in another life to break the spell that fell on the eccentric town they inhabit. Now, in the present, the arrival of two tourists will jeopardize the only chance they have of breaking the spell.
Until we meet again
A week later, on March 18, Until We Meet Again, a film will be released. starring Maxi Iglesias and Stephanie Cayo and directed by Bruno Ascenzo that will take us to Peru and allow us to enjoy some of its most popular tourist attractions.
The film follows Salvador Campodónico, a successful spanish businessman whose family owns the largest hotel corporation in all of Spain. For the construction of their first international project, they choose to land in front of a wonder of the world: Cusco, navel of the world.

Another of Netflix's Spanish premieres, The Glass Girls, will be released on April 8. Directed by Jota Linares, the film is starring Maria Pedraza, Paula Losada, Marta Hazas, Ana Wagener, Jota Castellano, Olivia Baglivi, Mona Martínez, Fernando Delgado-Hierro, Silvia Kal and Juanjo Almeida.
After the star of the National Classical Ballet tragically commits suicide, Irene is selected to take her place in the company's biggest ballet production: Giselle. Now the target of all the jealousy and cruelty of her classmates, Irene finds a friend in the new dancer, Aurora, a lonely teenager dominated by her mother. Isolated and pressured by the sacrifice of succeeding in dance, Irene and Aurora's relationship becomes closer and closer, as well as obsessive. Together they flee forward in search of themselves.
Mother's Love
The film directed by Paco Caballero and starring Quim Gutiérrez, Carmen Machi, Celia Freijeiro and Andrés Velencoso, among others, will premiere on April 29 on the platform. The story begins when José Luis is left standing at the altar, and Mari Carmen, his mother, insists on accompany him to the honeymoon with the excuse of not losing money. Every minute they spend in Mauricio, José Luis feels more unhappy and unsuccessful, while Mari Carmen has the time of her life, living all the experiences she had always wanted and revealing herself as the wonderful woman she really is, and that her family does not go.

This same week the first trailer for Welcome to Eden was released, a series that everything indicates will be released between the months of April and May but for which there is still no confirmed date. Created by Joaquín Górriz and Guillermo López, and starring Ana Mena, Belinda Peregrin, Begoña Vargas, Albert Varo, Amaia Aberasturi, Berta Vázquez, Lola Rodríguez or Amaia Salamanca, among others, everything indicates that It will catch the young audience.
