Have you already had the opportunity to discover Zara Atelier? It is a Zara's new line limited edition in which the Spanish firm combines its passion for craftsmanship and artistic expression. So far the firm has launched a small collection of coats and another of dresses. Will new garments arrive in the collection?
With Paolo Roversi behind the camera lens, the first campaign dedicated to coats we must admit that we were not impressed. Not because of the lack of originality of his designs but because of the inability to perceive its details in the photographs. Something that with Jamie Hawkesworth as a photographer does not happen in the collection of dresses, as you can see.
Coats
We love the idea that Zara shows us in the campaign the fabrics, the threads, the colors... everything that served as inspiration to create each of the six coats that make up this collection. coats with a great craft work in which there is no fear of color.
None of the coats in the collection go unnoticed and they are full of details that make them stand out. The patchwork patterns, the rhinestone details, the embroidered floral motifs and the subtle sparkles of the metallic threads turn each piece into a jewel.
Dresses
These details are much better appreciated in the campaign for the Zara Atelier dress collection. A small collection as well, in which we find the most varied designs that include both pieces made with rich superimposed patterned fabrics, as well as designs in light tones with application of metal parts.
Our favorite in this collection is undoubtedly the delicate off-white long dress with fine lace bands, guipure pockets, and organza patches. If it didn't cost €249... Along with this, the ethnic design stands out with contrasting embroidery and beads and that with sequins application, which combines blue and orange tones.
If you like any of these designs, run! Despite their price, Zara Atelier's pieces will fly.
