Sometimes, for various reasons, we do not get to join a gym but we do want to train. So you can also do it at home with a crossfit routine like this one that we propose to you. It is true that sometimes we are a little more limited than in a gym, but we can do it.

The advantages is that you can train as long as you want, although it is true that you need to have motivation, because sometimes that is the problem that we face by being at home. Be that as it may, today we are going to get started with this CrossFit routine to do comfortably at home.

Warm up before starting the routine

We should always warm up a bit before starting any exercise routine. In this case, what we advise is to bet on simple movements of both the wrists and arms, as well as the legs and knees, without forgetting the neck. For it with a series of deep breaths we are making some turns or movements that are repetitive. So we are preparing the body to start doing our routine. When you finish doing it, they will play some stretches to be able to return to calm.

Some cardio in your CrossFit routine

To start any routine worth its salt, nothing like a little cardiovascular exercise. A bit of cycling if you have at home or if not a few jumps to the rope it is also another of the alternatives. Hollow Exercise

It is known as Hollow Rocks and it is one of those exercises in which we must maintain good control of the body. So you have to practice a lot so that it turns out the way we want. Lying on your back, we must be able to stretch our arms but without lowering the body too much. Something similar happens with the legs and that is that you must start with bent legs and then stretch them so that you can have a contracted abdomen for a few seconds. The body will stay in a curved posture.

Squats

It is one of those exercises that can never be lacking in any routine worth its salt. So if we talk about CrossFit, even less. After having warmed up a bit, it is time to start with them. Works all major muscle groups, since they work the abdomen, develop muscle mass and even improve posture. Start with a light series but little by little you can also introduce some weight into them. Little by little you will create more intensity according to your needs.

The Burpees

If you want to work strength but also resistance then you have to opt for burpees. It is another of the most complete you have. As you know, we start from the standing position, then we lean on the palms of the hands and throw the body back. We do the flexion to lower more towards the ground, we jump to get up and then, once standing up, we fully stretch our arms.

Mountain climber

It is another of the great exercises to take into account and is that in this case, we start from the ground with the palms of the hands well supported, one leg completely stretched back and the other bent forward. Then, with a jump we will have to do the change of legs. But they must be controlled jumps although followed for greater impact. We will work both the femoral and the gluteus maximus or the quadriceps. Combine exercises, add intensity and weight to be able to fulfill your purposes.
