But these are not the only common diseases in winter.

The symptoms are clear: swollen lymph nodes in the neck and throat pain. In addition, a fever picture may sometimes appear that would force us to rest as in the case of fever. Staying hydrated and avoiding cold in the mouth and throat are key to overcoming it.

Bronchitis

When the bronchi become inflamed due to a bacterial infection or for other reasons such as asthma, bronchitis appears. This common disease in winter affects the lower airways and produces symptoms such as continuous coughing, fatigue, wheezing, chest pain, difficulty breathing and sometimes fever.

It is a contagious disease when its origin is bacterial, so it is recommended to stay at home until the disease disappears to avoid transmitting the infection to other people. In these cases, it is also important treat disease with antibiotics or the picture could get worse quickly.
