En Bezzia We are inspired today by the flavors of asian cuisine to prepare chicken with broccoli and mushrooms. A simple but very complete dish to which the soy sauce adds color, flavor and aroma. If you are not used to using this ingredient, this recipe is a great opportunity to try it.

El chicken with broccoli and mushrooms It is prepared with ingredients that you can easily find in any market or supermarket. It may seem somewhat laborious to prepare all the ingredients, but the truth is that you can serve this dish in just 35 minutes if you organize yourself well.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 175 g. broccoli
  • 1 small onion
  • 12 mushrooms
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil

Step by step

  1. Remove any remaining fat from the breast and dice it. Place them in a bowl, add a little freshly ground black pepper and two level tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix and reserve.
  2. Next, chop the broccoli, wash it and scald it in a casserole with water and salt. Remove it and reserve it in a colander to drain the water.
  3. Cut the onion into julienne strips and the mushrooms, after being washed, into quarters.
  4. In a casserole or frying pan add a drizzle of olive oil and heat. When it's hot, add the garlic cloves. And when these are browned, remove them and sauté the chicken.

  1. Once the chicken is golden, add the onion and sauté for a few minutes before adding the mushrooms. Sauté 5 more minutes and add the broccoli.
  2. Pour a tablespoon soy sauce, sauté the whole for a few more minutes and serve.
