Today we prepare in Bezzia un very simple starter, ideal to surprise those at home on the weekend or serve as a starter at the next family gathering. It will not take you more than 10 minutes in the kitchen but the way of assembling it will be attractive to diners.

Ingredients

  • 2 buds
  • 4 cheese wedges of 0,5cm. thick
  • 4 anchovies
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt flakes

Step by step

  1. Wash the buds well, remove the leaves that are not healthy and cut them in half longitude. Place them face down in one or more dishes.
  2. Prepare the dressing combining the oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Add the onion and reserve.
  3. Microwave the cheese wedges until they are soft and slightly melted. Place a wedge on each half of the bud and on this, an anchovy.
  4. Whisk the vinaigrette and water the buds with it. Finish by spreading a few flakes of salt on top.
  5. Serve immediately.
