- 6 buds
- 1 chive
- 4 pieces of dried tomato
- 2 peeled walnuts
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sal Island
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
Step by step
- Slice the buds in half and remove the first leaf from each half. Put them in a fountain.
- Make the vinaigrette. To do this, peel and finely chop the chives and mix them in a bowl with the chopped dried tomatoes and walnuts.
