Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli (in flowers)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 400 g. tofu, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 chives, chopped
For the orange sauce
- 250 ml. orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
Step by step
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Cook the broccoli 2 minutes in boiling water.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the tofu until golden on both sides.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for a minute.
- Next, add the broccoli and orange sauce and bring to a boil. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with a little chopped chives.
