The weather has given us a break in the north, we have seen the sun again! Hence, we have encouraged ourselves to prepare this cold avocado salad and crab ducks as the first course on our menu. Write it down for when you don't have the time or desire to cook.
It will take you five minutes to prepare this avocado salad to which we have added crab sticks, prawns and nuts; in this case pistachios and pine nuts but feel free to change them for others. Easy to eat, it combines different colors and textures which make it very attractive.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 6 crab sticks
- 12 prawns
- Pistachios
- Pinions
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sal Island
Step by step
- Chop the sticks of crab. Cut the avocado in two and peel it.
- Quickly, sauté the prawns in a frying pan with a little oil until they are pink.
- Put each avocado half in a plate and on this the crab sticks and the prawns.
- Add a few nuts and water with a vinaigrette.
