The 66th edition of the San Sebastian International Film Festival which will open tomorrow and will be held from September 21 to 29, will be attended by a long list of interpreters and directors. The film will compete for the Golden Shell at the Official Section of the Festival from San Sebastián with the latest works by Claire Denis, Simon Jaquemet, Kim Jee-woon, Naomi Kawase, Benjamín Naishtat, Valeria Sarmiento, Iciar Bollaín and Markus Schleinzer, among others.
Icíar Bollaín will compete for the third time for the Golden Shell with July, the story of the black dancer who became a leading figure in the Royal Ballet of London. But she won't be the only one Spanish representative in this section. Isaki Lacuesta, who already knows what it is to win the main prize of the Festival, will present Between two waters, starring two gypsy brothers.
