Ingredients

  • 4 eggs L
  • 250 g. of sugar
  • 200 ml. whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 270 g. Of flour
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 60g. of chopped walnuts
  • Nuts and sugar to taste to decorate

Step by step

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar with an electric mixer until they double their volume and whiten.
  2. Then add the liquid cream and the essence of vanilla and beat until integrated.
  3. Then incorporate the flour and sifted yeast and a pinch of salt. Mix first and then beat at low speed until you get a homogeneous mass.

Prepare the cake batter

  1. Finally add the chopped walnuts and mix.
  2. line a mold with baking paper (18-20 cm) and pour the dough inside.
