Yes, it is possible to prepare an individual cake in less than 10 minutes and without turning on the oven. Simply mix a series of ingredients in a bowl, divide the dough into two or three cups and let the microwave do its work. And this is where the key is for the result to be good, in microwave.

- 65 g. Of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. of honey
- 2 tbsp. of oil
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 3 ounces
Step by step
- In a bowl mix the flour, chemical yeast and salt.
- Make a hole in the center and add the banana, the egg, the honey, the oil, the milk and the chocolate chips. Mix until all the ingredients are well integrated.
- Then, distribute the dough in three previously greased cups, not filling them more than half their capacity.
- Take them to the microwave one by one and cook them at maximum power for 4-5 minutes. The time will depend on the size of the cups and the amount of dough in each of them. Read the trick I have put in the introduction to have a better chance of getting it right and experimenting.
- Take it out of the microwave, make a cut and introduce an ounce of chocolate that will melt with the heat.
