Do you want to prepare something special for your partner? for Valentine's Day? The creamy chocolate cups that we propose today are a great alternative to celebrate next February 14. With an intense chocolate flavor, they will conquer the sweet tooth!

This dessert is very easy to prepare. We have searched for a recipe that even those of you who are not used to cooking regularly can prepare without being overwhelmed. It requires, that is, some foresight, since the little glasses they will have to be in the fridge three hours at least before serving them so that they take shape.

The reason for baptizing them as creamy chocolate cups is at the heart of this dessert. And it is that if we know how to calculate the time well, the heart of this dessert does not curdle like the rest and is left with a creamier texture. You may not get that point the first time, but they will still taste fantastic, don't let it stop you!

Ingredients for 3

  • 250 ml. almond milk
  • A teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons of Nutella (or other chocolate cream)
  • 85g. dark chocolate, in pieces
  • 2 egg yolks L
  • 1 generous tablespoon of honey
  • Chocolate shavings, grated chocolate, crushed cookies, or an oreo for finishing

Step by step

  1. Put the milk, vanilla and Nutella in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring so that all the ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Once it has boiled, remove the mixture from the heat and add the chopped chocolate so that it melts. Stir with a spatula to finish homogenizing.

Melt the chocolate

  1. Then beat the yolks with honey in a bowl and pour the mixture over the hot chocolate cream, stirring to integrate it.

Combine all the ingredients

  1. spread the mix in three small glasses and bake in a bain-marie at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.
  2. After the time has elapsed, remove from the oven and allow to cool on the counter before reserving it for a minimum 3 hours in the fridge so that it sets.
  3. Serve the creamy chocolate cups with grated chocolate on top, crushed cookies, an oreo or a heart-shaped saltine cookie as decoration.
