Materials
To do the flower vases you're going to need the shampoo bottles well clean and dry. No matter the size and shape, the ideas can be applied to any type of boat. In addition to recycling the shampoo bottles, you will need these others materials:
- Gun silicone
- Sponge
- Scissors
- Spray paint
- Acrylic paint
- Cord or rope
- Chickpeas
- Napkins for decoupage
- White glue or decoupage adhesive
- Brush
- Water

Chickpea Vase
In this design, people are surprised to discover that the decoration of the vase they are really something as common as chickpeas. To do so apply silicone in pistol on the boat. Quickly paste the chickpeas. This is what you do until you cover the entire pot. To give it a different finish, paint it with spray paint. In Metallic It gives it an elegant touch, but you have many colors to choose from.
Just like chickpeas are pasted, you can use lentils, coffee beans, or pasta shells. This all depends on what you want your flower vases to look like.
Vase with relief
We are going to give this vase an Arabic touch with the relief drawings that we are going to make with the silicone guns. You can be inspired to create the design in the Moroccan lanterns that you can find in many photos on the internet. Get inspired by those drawings and make them on the shampoo bottle.
When you have your design finished it is time to paint it. As with the chickpea model, we are also going to spray paint this one. Give the entire vase a striking color, and then paint only the relief in gold. This combination will give you the Arabic style that we are looking for.
Vase with decoupage
The technique decoupage It is very recurrent, we can decorate a multitude of objects with it. It's about pasting paper of napkin, rice or very thin paper, and that it seems that it is drawn on the surface.To decorate this vase we will do it on a cord or a rope. You must surround the entire shampoo bottle with the rope, sticking it with silicone.
If you have chosen a paper napkin you must remove the white capes. Cut out the part of the drawing that you want to glue onto the vase. Apply White glue o decoupage adhesive on the entire surface and stick the napkin on the pot. To fix it better, apply a second coat on top of the napkin and let it dry.
There are many different designs of Napkins so you have multiple designs, even with different themes.
