Ikhekhe le-hazelnut likashokolethi

Namuhla siphakamisa kuwe Bezzia I-dessert ekahle yokuqeda noma yimuphi umkhosi: ikhekhe le-chocolate hazelnut. Ikhekhe elinesisekelo esinamanzi kakhulu lapho ama-hazelnuts ahlinzeka khona, ngaphezu kokunambitheka okukhulu, ukuthinta okungenakuphazanyiswa. Kuzwakala kukuhle?

Isisekelo ngokwaso siyathakazelisa futhi silungele ukuhamba nekhofi ntambama. Kepha uma siyihlobisa nge- Ushokoledi Ganache futhi siyihlobisa nge-cocoa, siyiyisa kwelinye izinga. Izithako

  • 150 g. hazelnut
  • 70 g. ushokoledi omnyama (min 55% cocoa)
  • 50 g. ufulawa wezinhloso zonke
  • 1 ithisipuni yempuphu yokubhaka
  • Isinamoni yomhlaba we-1
  • 150 g. ibhotela, ithambe
  • 105 g. ushukela onsundu
  • 1 isipuni se-vanilla
  • Amaqanda ama-3 L (izikhupha ezihlukanisiwe zabamhlophe)
  • 1 ithisipuni iramu
  • Ingcosana kasawoti
  • 20 g. ushukela omhlophe

Okwe-chocolate ganache

  • 150 ml kakhilimu (35% mg)
  • 175 g. ushokoledi omnyama

Isinyathelo ngesinyathelo

  1. Ngaphambi kokushisa ihhavini ngo-170ºC nolayini isikhunta esingu-20 cm esikhipha isikhunta. ububanzi ngephepha lokubhaka.
  2. Faka ama-hazelnut, ushokoledi oqoshiwe, ufulawa, imvubelo nesinamoni engilazini ye iprosesa yokudla ne-grinder ize yonke ibukeke njengemvuthu. Ungaphuzi ngokweqile noma ukulungiswa kuzophenduka amafutha.
  3. Kwesinye isitsha, beka ibhotela, i-vanilla, noshukela onsundu bese ushaya uze ubushelelezi. ingxube enokhilimu ne-fluffy.

  1. Ngemuva uthele inhlama isikhunta futhi bushelelezi ebusweni.
  2. Bhaka imizuzu engama-50 noma kuze kube yilapho ubuso bufiphele kancane bese kufakwa ummese uhlanzekile.
  3. Uma sekubhakiwe,  mayiphumule ukuphuma kuhhavini kuze kuphole.
  4. Lapho ikhekhe liyabanda lungisa i-ganache. Ukuze wenze lokhu, faka ushokoledi oqoshiwe endishini bese uthele ukhilimu oshisayo (akufanele ufike emathunjini) ngaphezulu. Vumela ushokoledi uncibilike futhi uvuselele ukuvumelanisa.
  5. Ukuqedela uthele ushokoledi phezu kwekhekhe bese uliyeka lipholile (efrijini uma ungenayo indawo epholile kakhulu), ngaphambi kokulivula.
  6. Ungakhipha ikhekhe le-chocolate njengoba linjalo noma nge-cocoa encane ngaphezulu.
