- 1/3 ithisipuni nutmeg
- 1 isipuni extra virgin olive oil
- 1 u-anyanisi oqoshiwe
- Izandla ezi-3 zesipinashi, eziqoshiwe
- 140 g. macaroni

- Epanini engeza ukhilimu noshizi. Isizini bese ufaka ingcosana ye-nutmeg. Sishisa bese upheka kuze kube yilapho ushizi uhlanganiswa futhi usoso usukhulile.
- Khonamanjalo, kwelinye ipani faka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe emafutheni omnqumo. Lapho kubhajwe kahle, engeza isipinashi, hlanganisa bese upheka imizuzu embalwa.
- Pheka imakharoni kwesinye isitsha ukulandela imiyalo yomkhiqizi.
- Lapho isipinashi sesiphekiwe, engeza isoso sikashizi lokho kuzolunga kule pan bese kuxubeka. Pheka yonke imizuzu embalwa ngaphambi kokufaka i-macaroni ephekiwe nephekiwe.
- Bese uxuba yonke into, lungisa iphoyinti nosawoti pepper -uma kunesidingo- bese ukhonza kushisa imacaroni ngoshizi nesipinashi sauce.
