- 3-4 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of almond cream
- 1/2 natural or coconut yogurt
- 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup of almond drink
- Chopped nuts for garnish
Step by step
- In a bowl place all the dry ingredients and mix.
- After incorporates the almond seed, yogurt, vanilla extract, honey and almond drink and mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to your breakfast cup, cover with plastic wrap and take to the fridge where it must rest overnight.
- In the morning take the mug out of the fridge, temper it if you like, and then add the accompaniment that you like the most; in our case chopped nuts, a little cinnamon and an ounce of chocolate.
