Cheesecake and dulce de leche without oven

Not everything is going to be salty, the body sometimes asks for sweet, right? This cheesecake and dulce de leche It is great for those sweet moments and it is also great to share with the family.

It is very simple to prepare, does not need ovenIt does not contain preservatives and the ingredients are common and affordable. As you can see, there are few excuses not to try it and enjoy your sweetest moments.

Ingredients:

(For a mold of 18 centimeters in diameter).

For the cake:

  • 430 gr. of dulce de leche.
  • 500 ml. of liquid cream (to mount).
  • 500 ml. milk.
  • 200 gr. cream cheese.
  • 3 envelopes of curd.
  • A level tablespoon of sugar.

For the base:

  • 100 gr. of Maria cookies.
  • 40 gr. of butter.

Preparation of the cheesecake and dulce de leche:

The first thing we are going to prepare is the base. To do this, we melt the butter over the fire or in the microwave. We crush the cookies with a food processor, rolling pin or mortar and we mix with the melted butter to form a paste. We cover the base of the mold with this well distributed mixture and put it in the fridge.

We put to heat a saucepan with the cream, the sugar and half of the milk, that is, 250 ml., Until it starts to boil. On the other hand, we dissolve the curd envelopes in the rest of the cold milk that we have, stirring until smooth.

Add the milk with the curd, the dulce de leche and the cream cheese to the hot content of the saucepan. We mix with some rods until all the ingredients are well integrated. Next, we continue heating over medium heat for 5 more minutes.

Remove from the heat and pass the mixture through the blender, to get a smooth texture without lumps. We pour our tart dough into the mold in the fridge, on the cookie base. We let it cool down to room temperature and put the mold back in the fridge later. The cake takes around about 4 hours minimum.

Once set we can unmold and serve the cake. We can decorate with chocolate shavings with crunchy almonds or candied, water it with a little caramel on top.
