In the middle of winter we discovered a small preview of the current one collection of Purificación García. A very wide SS21 collection among whose novelties we discover three new trends of the firm. Can you guess what they are just from the cover images?
You probably guessed them. The first has a color as its protagonist; specifically, a deep orange color. The remaining ones refer to two types of prints: the striped print and the botanical or floral print. Three trends that, however, are not the only ones in the new collection of the Spanish firm.
The Orange
It is surprising to find the orange starring in the Purificación García collection. We find it in pieces with artistic print like the sleeveless pleated midi dress and the long flowing shirt with lapels, extra large pockets and side slits. But also in plain garments such as the unstructured jacket with an oversize ribbed line with fringes or the faux leather jacket. Garments that the firm does not hesitate to combine with other white ones.
The stripes
Horizontal and vertical stripes, thin and thick stripes ... Different types of stripes stand out among the novelties of Purificación García. All, however, share one characteristic in common, They are presented in black and white. With this print, you'll find flared dresses, straight trousers and double-breasted jackets in honeycomb-effect cotton with pinstripe. Although it will probably be the flared midi skirt and the cotton jacket with horizontal stripes that will attract your attention the most.
Floral prints
First botanical, bright and multicolored. The second floral in black and white with yellow hues. Do you already have your favorite? The balloon cut trench coat in punched nylon with a round neckline and the midi dress in grained crepe with puffed short sleeves and balloon cut skirt are our favorite pieces with botanical print.
Among those with black and white floral print We are especially struck by the short straight-line dress and the trousers, both in crepe with contrasting piping details. Although we do not want to stop mentioning the bomber jacket because it can become a great ally to complete very different outfits in summer.
