- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 Italian green peppers, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 tablespoon double concentrated tomato
- 1 teaspoon of chorizo pepper meat
- 1 teaspoon of paprika from La Vera
- 200 g. lentils
- Vegetables soup
- 4 eggs
Step by step
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion, pepper and zucchini for 10-15 minutes.
- Then add the tomato, the chorizo pepper, the paprika and the lentils and mix.
