Materials we need and process

You must put the acetone in a bowl and soak the cottons. Before applying them, it is good to protect the skin around the nail with petroleum jelly. We will put the cotton soaked in acetone on the gel nail, wrapping it. Next we have to cover each finger with its piece of silver foil. We should leave this for about fifteen minutes. We will notice heat and if the skin gets itchy it is better to remove it before and try to apply the acetone only on the nail.
Next we have to use the orange stick under the nail. We will pry to see how the gel nail comes off easily. The idea is that the acetone will weaken the gel nail until it softens so that it is much easier to remove. So we can withdraw it. With the stick we will remove the other parts that remain of the gel nail.
We can use a cotton with acetone on the nails to remove the last remaining gel remains. This is a treatment that spoils natural nails a lot.
