The poached onion gives this dish a unique touch that you will appreciate. Cook it with just the right amount of oil and drain before adding it so that it does not add any fat to the dish.   • 1 onion, minced
  • 300 g. green beans, clean and chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 cans of natural tuna
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • flavored oil (optional)
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Step by step

  1. In a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil poach the onion over medium/low heat until browned.
  2. At the same time, cook the green beans in a large pot with plenty of salted water until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, peel and chop boiled eggs and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. When the onion is ready, place it well drained in a bowl.
  5. Then add the green beans also drained (after refreshing them in cold water if you want the salad to be cold) and mix.
  6. Add, finally, shredded tuna, the boiled egg and halves of cherry tomatoes
  7. Season, add a dash of flavored oil (ours with onion9 and serves the green bean salad with tuna, tomato and egg
