Finally, you should wait at least 5 minutes to make sure that the concealers have dried before applying the powder foundation. Apply the powder foundation all over the desired area. Powder makeup should also match your skin tone. If you are using a sponge, use it gently and in slow movements all over the area. If you are using a brush, blend the makeup in a circular motion over the entire area.
