This salad is very simple. Take a dozen ingredients that you probably already have distributed between your fridge and your pantry. Eggs, potatoes, tuna ... classic ingredients in a salad that are combined here with the protagonists, cauliflower and romanesco.
The rest of the ingredients, as well as the mayonnaise, make the cauliflower taste very camouflaged. If you like cauliflower, do not hesitate to try this same salad without mayonnaise, with a splash of oil on top, Healthy and delicious!
Ingredients for 4
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 eggs L
- 3 small carrots
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1/4 Romanesco
- 2 cans of natural tuna
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 12 olives, chopped
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- A splash of vinegar
- Mayonnaise
Step by step
- Cook the potatoes, the peeled carrots and the eggs. Afterwards, let them warm up to chop them.
- Separate the cauliflower into florets and romanesco and cook them in another pot with a pinch of salt for approximately 4 minutes. Then cool under the tap and reserve in a drainer.
- Put the chopped potatoes, the hollow and the carrot in a container.
- Then add the chopped cauliflower and romanesco, flaked tuna, olives and onion.
- Salt and pepper, add a splash of vinegar and mix.
- Correct the salt point if necessary and top with mayonnaise.
- Serve the salad fresh.
