Almond cookies with no added sugar

Ingredients for 12 cookies

  • 1 cup oatmeal (or crushed rolled oats)
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 small or 5 large dried figs
  • 1/2 cup of almond drink
  • Laminated almonds to decorate

Step by step

  1. Put the dried figs to soak With warm water. After 10 minutes drain and chop in a large bowl.
  2. Heats the oven at 220ºC and line the baking tray with parchment paper.
